It wasn’t that long ago that Cassidy Papa was sitting in the classrooms within the Center for Health Professions, learning physical therapy fundamentals. Today, the USC DPT alumna has the career of her dreams, serving as the physical therapist for the Charlotte Hornets. We caught up with Papa to learn a little more about the career path she’s taken. 

Five dedicated physical therapists, including two USC alumni, have created the first-ever National Basketball Physical Therapy Association, an organization aimed at fostering collaboration among professional basketball physical therapists, growing the field further and ensuring physical therapists from the NBA, WNBA and G League receive the support and recognition they deserve.
