USC Fit Families is a grant-funded program that promotes living a healthier lifestyle through physical activity/exercise and engaging in healthy lifestyle behaviors. The program is free to participants and is run by licensed physical therapists, USC doctor of physical therapy students and community volunteers.
We have partnered with Boys and Girls Club Ramona Gardens and Project Blue to serve a greater population in the East and South LA area.
It is currently held every Saturday from 10 AM to 11 AM in-person or via Zoom.
