GENERAL REGISTRATION:

RECEPTION AND CEREMONY:

• Reception (light appetizers) at 5  p.m. prior to the event.
• Location: Next to the large tent to be set up at the Broad Lawn (Between Zilkha and Broad buildings, adjacent to CHP).
• The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and should last approximately 75 minutes.

RESEARCH EXPO:

• Scheduled from 3:30-5 p.m. at the CHP building research labs.
• Incoming students: You will be receiving more details closer to the date.
• Please indicate in the RSVP form if you’ll be attending the Research Expo. RSVP HERE

LIVE-STREAMING:

• We are excited to live stream the event!
• We will send the viewing link closer to the ceremony.
• We will also upload the final version in our division’s website for future viewing.

WHITE COATS:

• The white coats will be distributed a few days prior to the event.

PARKING:

• We have hosted parking at the Biggy structure (corner of Biggy Street and Zonal Avenue) after 2 p.m. for guests.
