Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sarah Denholm enjoys spending time in nature — gardening, snowboarding and exploring new places with her dog, Lyra. She has a background in yoga and dance, and she believes that movement should be joyful, expressive and sustainable. Whether hiking in the hills or tending to her fruit trees, she finds inspiration in staying curious and connected.
