Don Shimabukuro spends his off time being active with his wife in youth sports, watching and coaching his son’s basketball team. He also volunteers in a global outreach organization called Operation Walk, where he provides physical therapy to patients that received total hip or knee replacements in their home country performed by orthopedic surgeons from the United States.
