Dr. Sarah Power is a residency-trained doctor of physical pherapy who specializes in orthopedics and women’s health. She is a full-time clinician at Longevity and Performance Institute (LPI) located in Arcadia, Calif. Her passion for helping expecting and long-time mothers rehabilitate their bodies so that they can return to fitness and an active, pain-free lifestyle after having children has given rise to LPI Mom’s Club. She is passionate about understanding and providing a holistic approach to human movement to assist all patients in achieving their goals. In her free time, Sarah enjoys staying active, from competing in triathlons to weekend pilates and F45 classes. She loves exploring L.A.’s food scene, cooking, and spinning ceramics, in addition to traveling abroad.
