Dr. Erica Sigman is the director and treating provider at USC Physical Therapy on the Health Sciences Campus. She specializes in treating patients with headaches, TMJ-related issues, facial pain and weakness, orthopedic disorders and persistent pain.

Dr. Sigman is board certified by the America Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an orthopedic clinical specialist. She is a member of the Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and the American Physical Therapy Association. She is also a member of the California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Special Interest Group.

She is an assistant professor in the doctor of physical therapy program, as well as the director of the orthopedic physical therapy residency program. She also assists in teaching physical therapy continuing education courses related to TMJ-related and headache disorders and management of the spine, with an emphasis on the cervical region.

For the Keck School of Medicine of USC, Dr. Sigman is a physical therapy mentor to the physician fellows in the headache fellowship. She also serves as a physical therapy mentor for dental residents studying oral medicine with an emphasis on orofacial pain in the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. She works in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams at the USC Pain Center, USC Headache and Neuralgia Center and the USC Facial Nerve Center.
