Dr. Robert Santana’s professional interests are centered on ACL reconstruction rehabilitation. This encompasses the entire rehabilitation process, including strategies for mitigating the risk of secondary injuries, and understanding best practices within the return-to-sport continuum. He is also particularly interested in the utilization of objective measures and testing methodologies in physical therapy to inform and refine rehabilitation. Additionally, he is passionate about the interrelation of wellness and fitness promotion strategies in physical therapy, recognizing their impact on enhancing quality of life following injury.
