Dr. Jason Cozby is a clinical physical therapist, educator, researcher, published author and consultant. He earned a bachelor of science degree in gerontology with a specialization in health sciences from the University of Southern California. He earned a doctor of physical therapy degree from the USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy as well as a graduate certificate in orthopedic physical therapy. Cozby has been a course director in multiple clinical courses within the USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy, and most of his teaching has been in the final year of the doctor of physical therapy program. He is also an instructor for the orthopedic physical therapy residency program.
Dr. Cozby owns the Pasadena-based practice NeuroSport Physical Therapy, which specializes in orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy. His specific practice is directed toward a diverse patient population with an emphasis on complex orthopedic patient cases. He is a consultant within the field of physical therapy in areas such as practice management, clinical continuing education and integration of evidence-based medicine into daily practice.
Dr. Cozby is a licensed physical therapist and an orthopedic clinical specialist.
