The Division offers a number of Teaching Awards, Academic and Professional Awards, and Service Awards and Scholarship. This page offers a description, eligibility criteria, and procedures for nomination.
The service-learning experience (SLE) is an educational program in which students learn about social responsibility, advocacy, and the importance of life-long civic engagement, through active participation in purposeful volunteer community service. All students n the DPT program are required to complete a service learninig project.
The purpose of the DPT student mentoring program at USC is to provide each student with a personal link to a faculty member who can offer information and professional guidance to the student. The goal is for each student to have a faculty contact who will know them well and can discuss all aspects of the student’s education as a professional physical therapist.
The Student Ambassadors are current students in our DPT program who are available to discuss their experiences in the program, show you around the campus, attend a class, and answer any questions you may have about the program. We encourage you to contact our Student Ambassadors to begin learning more about the DPT program at USC.
