• Bone, Endocrine, Lifestyle Longitudinal Study (BELLS)

    This is a prospective cohort study including 1000 premenopausal women to determine endocrine and lifestyle factors associated with bone health. Participants are tested for the following measures every 5 years for the next 20 years: bone mineral density, anthropometrics, serum hormone levels, muscle strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, balance, and quality of life.
